PDF Orders: Due to the digital nature of PDF content, all digital PDF orders are final and non-refundable.
Physical Orders: We do our very best to double check orders, and package them to keep them safe in transit. However, if your papers or acrylic templates arrive damaged, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged contents within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll replace them.
If, on the rare occasion, we send you the wrong thing, email us at email@example.com with a photo of what you received within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll send you the correct item. You do not need to return the incorrect item(s).
If you change your mind, we will accept unopened, unused items for return within 30 days of receiving your order. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the return. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the unopened, unused items in original condition. Customer is responsible for paying any return shipping fees.
