Cut to Order

We currently cut all of your orders as they come through, to avoid waste. We try to have all orders cut within 2 business days. During sales or new product launches, this can take a day or two extra. We are currently shipping daily.

Shipping during the Coronavirus

Due to the huge increase in online orders around the world, and the grounding of many commercial flights, which also carry mail, Australia Post is experiencing significant delays in all mail services. They have cancelled ‘economy untracked’ international parcel services, and slowed down letter delivery to prioritise parcels. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this causes you!

We are now only offering tracked shipping options at checkout. This helps all our customers follow their parcels, and also allows for us to drop off mail at the post office quickly, rather than waiting in line. Thank you for your understanding!

We cut all orders in our home studio in Castlemaine, Victoria. We would like you to rest assured that during this time, our family is currently self isolating, with Tim only leaving the home to drop the mail off or get groceries.

We have previously guaranteed all orders, recutting after 6 weeks if your order hasn’t arrived. Unfortunately, due to the current crisis, we need to extend the time period to 3 months. If you have ordered a quilt kit, and would like to get started while you wait, please email us and we’ll send you the PDF pattern for your kit for free.

Shipping International

Australia Post is quoting international delays of 2-3 weeks. We are still guaranteeing all orders, but we will extend our ‘recut’ policy to 3 months. If your parcel hasn’t arrived in 12 weeks, we’ll cut and send it again.

We cannot be responsible for customs charges made once an item has left us. We’re happy to mark your order as a gift. Just hit reply to your order confirmation and let us know.

Returns

Generally we do not accept returns because we cut everything to order. If we’ve made a mistake with your order, let us know and we’ll cut the correct shapes immediately. If you have any questions or concerns about your email, don’t hesitate to email us!

PDF PATTERNS - Due to the nature of digital products, there are no refunds on our PDF patterns. Please choose carefully. After your purchase, you'll be sent an email with the file link. You'll have 24 hours to download the file before the link expires. If you have a problem with downloading the pattern, please let us know.
